There are occasional production related emergencies that may potentially affect slide synchronization for small periods of time, but the vast majority of these slides should be synchronized to the production. We will check with the production crew to be sure.
Also, please double check to make sure the below "Resychronize" button is not displaying at the top right of the slide in your program viewer. If it is - please click on this button.
If Slide Synchronization still seems off, then you may want to try refreshing your entire viewer page by going to the Help tab in the viewer and clicking on the "Reload Viewer" text link to refresh the page and reload the program.
