  • Exhibit Area
    • Single Booth: $200 (includes two representative registrations)
  • All Exhibitors Receive:
    • Skirted 6ft Tabletop: Perfect for displaying your products and services. *The exact booth dimensions vary depending on the location of the booth. Please email info@archiro.org with questions.
      • Electricity is included if requested during registration.
    • Attendee List: Gain access to a valuable list of potential clients, including their contact information. 
    • Marketing Exposure: Increase your brand visibility by partnering with the ACPA for pre-conference marketing

Frequently Asked Questions 

What traffic volume can I expect at my booth?

  • The vendor area will have guaranteed attendee flow throughout the event.
  • The ACPA makes a concerted effort to drive traffic into the vendor area by having an interactive vendor activity.  

Please be advised of the following rules:

  • Please do not set brochures or materials on any tables outside of your booth. 
  • Our policy states that you can only move out at the designated times. Please be respectful to the other exhibitors and attendees by refraining from moving out until the indicated times, including packing supplies and disassembling your booth area.

The ACPA has the right to deny sponsorship or exhibitor status to any company that is in direct competition with ACPA and its affiliates. The ACPA has the right to terminate or not renew any annual partnership if partner obligations are not met or the partner is found to operate in a way that is unethical, or undesirable, as determined by the ACPA ED.

Let your product do the talkin'! Bring 3 door prizes ($25 value for each) and be included in the sponsorship perks. The prizes could be your product or something you would like to give away. The prizes will be drawn throughout the event until noon on Sunday. 

Ad Sponsor

Being a Ad Sponsor will get you noticed even before the seminar begins!  Your logo will be included on the email promotions for the overall seminar. (It will not be included in the ads for individual sponsored speakers.) 

Tabletop Sponsor

Tabletop Sponsor will put your information front and center! The center of the table that is. Your choice of promotional items, products, or literature can be placed on each table at the beginning of the event by you or your staff. (Or 1 single sided page added to the packets, email in advance)  Your business will also be included in all the sponsor benefits. Contact Bonnie for some fun ideas!
