  • Exhibit Area
    • Single Booth: $300 (includes two representative registrations)
    • Double Booth: $500 (includes two representative registrations)
  • All Exhibitors Receive:
    • Skirted 6ft Tabletop: Perfect for displaying your products and services. *The exact booth dimensions vary depending on the location of the booth. Please email info@archiro.org with questions.
      • Electricity is included if requested during registration.
    • Attendee List: Gain access to a valuable list of potential clients, including their contact information.

Frequently Asked Questions 

What traffic volume can I expect at my booth?

  • The vendor area will have guaranteed attendee flow throughout the event.
  • The ACPA makes a concerted effort to drive traffic into the vendor area by having an interactive vendor game.  

Please be advised of the following rules:

  • Please do not set brochures or materials on any tables outside of your booth. 
  • Our policy states that you can only move out at the designated times. Please be respectful to the other exhibitors and attendees by refraining from moving out until the indicated times, including packing supplies and disassembling your booth area. 

 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING UP.

The ACPA has the right to deny sponsorship or exhibitor status to any company that is in direct competition with ACPA and its affiliates. The ACPA has the right to terminate or not renew any annual partnership if partner obligations are not met or the partner is found to operate in a way that is unethical, or undesirable, as determined by the ACPA ED.

Tabletop Sponsor

Tabletop Sponsor will put your information front and center! The center of the table that is. Your choice of promotional items, products, or literature can be placed on each table at the beginning of the event. (Literature is limited to 2 one-sided sheets. Content must be emailed for printing.) Your business will also be included in all the sponsor benefits. Contact Bonnie for some fun ideas!

 

Ad Sponsor

Being a Ad Sponsor will get you noticed even before the seminar begins!  Your logo will be included in Sponsor Spotlight and included on the email promotions for the overall seminar. (It will not be included in the ads for individual sponsored speakers.) 

Goodie Bag Sponsor

Goodie Bag Sponsor will put your information in the hands of every doctor at the seminar! Your color logo will be on the outside of the gift bags as well as your literature, sample and giveaways included in each bag. (If emailed for printing, literature is limited to 2 one-sided sheets.)  Your business will also be included in all the sponsor benefits. 

All bags must be packed and ready to hand out by Friday afternoon. Sponsor must be signed up 30 days before the event for the ACPA to provide bags. Less than 30 days until the event, bags must be provided by the sponsor.

 

Door Prize Sponsor

Let your product do the talkin'! Bring 4 door prizes ($25 value for each) and be included in the sponsorship perks. The prizes could be your product or something you would like to give away. The prizes will be drawn throughout the event until noon on Sunday. 

Happy Hour Event
Date/Time: Sat, Dec 06, 2025 - 06:00 PM to 09:00 PM (CST)

Sponsor Happy Hour and we will organize an event that will allow you exclusive time with the participants. Let us handle the promotion and you can handle the fun. This is a great way to build personal relationships with your clients and gain new ones! You will also be included in the sponsor benefits. 

We will customize this event to fit the day and time you would like. Food and drink must be purchased at the hotel if the hospitality room is unavailable, but the cost is customized by you.
