Dr. Mark Ungerank, DC is a second-generation chiropractor and graduate of Life Chiropractic College, with nearly five decades of hands-on clinical experience serving patients in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Raised in a chiropractic family, Dr. Ungerank developed an early appreciation for the art, science, and effectiveness of chiropractic care—an appreciation that continues to guide his work today.

Throughout his career, he has remained deeply involved in advancing chiropractic practice through education, compliance, and professional leadership.
He currently serves as a member of the Medicare Carrier Advisory Committee and holds multiple advanced credentials, including Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO), Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM), and Certified Insurance Consultant. His expertise has helped countless chiropractors navigate the increasingly complex regulatory, documentation, and reimbursement landscape while protecting the integrity of their practices.
Dr. Fucinari is the author of several widely used resources on compliance, HIPAA, ICD-10 coding, and E/M Guidelines, all written with the practicing chiropractor in mind. For more than three decades, he has presented Continuing Education courses nationwide, sharing practical, chiropractic-specific guidance that empowers doctors to practice confidently, ethically, and sustainably.

Jason Porter brings more than 30 years of experience helping high-income professionals and practice owners protect what they’ve built and keep more of what they earn.
