Dr. Mark Ungerank, DC is a second-generation chiropractor and graduate of Life Chiropractic College, with nearly five decades of hands-on clinical experience serving patients in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Raised in a chiropractic family, Dr. Ungerank developed an early appreciation for the art, science, and effectiveness of chiropractic care—an appreciation that continues to guide his work today.
Throughout his career, Dr. Ungerank has built a reputation for delivering consistent, results-driven care, particularly in the management of hip pain, lower back pain, and neck pain. His clinical approach is rooted in practical, time-tested techniques that are both well-liked by patients and effective in everyday practice.

He currently serves as a member of the Medicare Carrier Advisory Committee and holds multiple advanced credentials, including Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO), Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM), and Certified Insurance Consultant. His expertise has helped countless chiropractors navigate the increasingly complex regulatory, documentation, and reimbursement landscape while protecting the integrity of their practices.
Dr. Fucinari is the author of several widely used resources on compliance, HIPAA, ICD-10 coding, and E/M Guidelines, all written with the practicing chiropractor in mind. For more than three decades, he has presented Continuing Education courses nationwide, sharing practical, chiropractic-specific guidance that empowers doctors to practice confidently, ethically, and sustainably.
