Slide synchronization is not working


Slides in the viewer should automatically change as the speaker changes slides during the presentation.  If the slides are not moving, please make sure the box next to “Sync Slides” is checked.  The checkbox for “Sync Slides” is on the bottom toolbar of the seminar viewer.

Please note that there are occasional production related emergencies that may potentially affect slide synchronization for small periods of time during a Live Webcast but the vast majority of these slides should be synchronized to the production. 

If Slide Synchronization still seems off, then you may want to try refreshing your entire viewer browser tab by going to the Help tab in the viewer and clicking on the "Reload Viewer" text at the top.
